What are the key points of construction and installation of electric control valve
1. The installation position, height, inlet and outlet direction of the electric control valve must meet the design requirements of the outlet direction, and the connection should be firm and tight.
2. The valve of the electric control valve can be connected with the pipeline in various forms. The main connection methods are thread, flange and welding connection. For flange connection, if the temperature exceeds 350 ℃, due to the creep relaxation of bolts, flanges and gaskets, high temperature resistant bolt materials should be selected.
3. The valve of electric control valve must be inspected before installation, and the valve name plate shall comply with the current national standard gb12220 "general valve marking".
For the valve with working pressure greater than 1.0MPa and cut-off effect on the main pipe, strength and tightness test shall be conducted, and the valve can be used only after passing the test. Other valves may not be tested separately

4. When conducting strength test for the electric control valve, the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5min. The shell and packing of the valve shall be free of leakage.
5. During the tightness test, the test pressure shall be 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; the test pressure shall remain unchanged for the duration of the test, and the time shall be in accordance with the regulations, and the valve disc sealing surface without leakage shall be regarded as qualified.
